We had to sell our home in New Jersey in order to move full-time to the Adirondacks. Kris came down for a staging consultation before listing. Our house was in a subdivision with other houses like ours also for sale. This was in the spring of 2009. We got an offer immediately! It fell through, but we soon had another offer and closed within a few months, getting very close to our asking price too! That never would have happened if we hadn't had Kristen's help.
